Common questions

A reminder arrived a few minutes late.

To save battery, your device may group reminders together, so they can arrive a few minutes after the set time.

Reminders aren't appearing.

Check that notifications are allowed for Overwith in your device settings. On Android, battery-saving settings can also delay reminders.

The task name doesn't show on the lock screen.

Your device is set to hide sensitive notification content, and Overwith follows that setting. Unlock your device to see the full reminder.

Can tasks sync between devices?

Not currently. Tasks are stored only on the device where they were created.

What happens to unfinished tasks?

Unfinished tasks move forward automatically, so nothing gets lost. Day tasks move to today, "this week" tasks move to the current week, and weekly repeating tasks move to their next scheduled day. Any reminder moves with its task.

How do I delete all my data?

Uninstalling Overwith deletes all of its data from your device. See the Privacy Policy.
