Overwith

Overwith Privacy Policy

Effective 27 October 2026

Overwith is a task planner app. This policy explains how the Overwith app handles your information.

Summary

Overwith does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Your tasks stay on your device.

Your tasks stay on your device

Everything you enter in Overwith (task names, notes, dates, repeat settings, and reminder times) is saved only in the app's storage on your device. Overwith has no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers, and the app does not connect to the internet. Your tasks are never sent off your device or shared with anyone.

No tracking, ads, or analytics

Overwith contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking of any kind. No third-party services in the app collect information about you.

Notifications

When you turn on a reminder for a task, Overwith asks for permission to show notifications. Reminders are scheduled by your device, not sent from a server. If your device is set to hide sensitive content on the lock screen, Overwith hides the task name there.

You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Backups

Depending on your device settings, your device's own backup service (Google backup on Android, iCloud on iPhone) may include Overwith's data in your personal backup. That backup is controlled by you and handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies. Overwith has no access to it.

Deleting your data

Your tasks are deleted from your device when you delete them in the app or uninstall Overwith. Overwith holds no data, so there is nothing further to request.

Children

Overwith does not collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If Overwith ever begins collecting data, this policy will be updated before that happens.
